UPDATE: Hawaii Island police announced Tuesday afternoon that Chris Bryant Schuchard was located and taken into custody without incident in North Kohala

The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Chris Bryant Schuchard, a 32-year-old man known to frequent the Hawi, Waikoloa, and Kona areas.

Schuchard is wanted for questioning relative to an incident that occurred on March 22 in Hawi, police said.

Schuchard is described as being approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos on his right upper arm of a grim reaper, a seahorse on his left forearm, and tattoos on both inner forearms.
